We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Label Costs

If your return is accepted, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. The cost of this label (typically $7–$15 depending on weight and location) will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, in which case Lux Pearl Boutique will cover all return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized jewelry, engraved pieces, and final-sale clearance items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable products. Please contact us for any concerns about a specific product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
